In-Home Night or Day Postpartum Hourly Services

This includes:

Sleep conditioning which prepares newborns to sleep through the night at around 3 months old
Baby laundry
Bottle washing and all feeding related items
Preparing bottles, making formula, freezing breast milk
Customized daily schedule

Free Initial Phone Consultation

30-minute initial consultation and recommendations.

Virtual In-Depth Video Consultation

We’ll set up a time where you will have my full attention and together we'll evaluate your setup & daily routine and customize the best daily schedule for your baby. This includes 4 weeks of text support after the consult to help implement the changes we agree upon.

In-Home Consultation

We spend 2 hours in your home interacting with parents & infant, evaluating setup & daily routine and customizing the best daily schedule for your baby. This includes:

Customized daily schedule
Individualized Sleep training plan
1-month phone/text support & coaching

Text Support

Many moms prefer texting vs phone conversations. This gives you access to text me your questions and you will receive an answer within a few hours (12 hours maximum). With this option I prefer using WhatsApp in order to facilitate voice messages rather than typing as communication is more effective. However, if text is your preference I will do what is easiest for you.

• You pay as you go, billing you weekly with our office fees rolled into the hourly rate you are charged on your invoice. No surprise fees or extra invoices.
